How long will it take for my phone to activate?

If you’re requesting a new number, the activation process with QCALL Mobile typically ranges from 5 minutes to 2 hours.

For porting your existing number (bringing your number with you), the timeframe can vary from 5 minutes to five business days, depending on how quickly your previous carrier processes the request. During this period, your old service will continue to work with no interruption.

Please remember not to cancel your previous service until after your number is active on QCALL Mobile. Cancelling your previous service before activation can put your phone number at risk of being lost.
