My travel dates have changed. How do I reschedule my International Roaming?  

To reschedule your International Roaming pack with QCALL Mobile, follow these steps:

Open the QCALL Mobile app and go to the International Roaming section. Click on “Manage Roaming Services.”

In the “Purchase History” section, choose the pack you want to reschedule and click on “Reschedule.”

On the following screen, you will see the trip details and an option to edit the dates.

Click on “Edit” and make the necessary date changes.

That’s it! Your international services have been successfully rescheduled.

Please keep in mind that rescheduling is only possible if your plan has not yet started.
