What if I do not receive the QR code?

If you’re unable to locate the activation email containing your unique QR code in your inbox or spam folder, don’t worry. You can take the following steps to resolve this:


1. Go to ‘My Account’ on the QCALL Mobile app.
2. Initiate the process to resend your eSIM Kit to your registered email address.

Alternatively, you can connect with us via chat or simply give us a call at (272) 777-1104 during our operating hours, which are Monday to Friday, from 10:00am to 08:00pm EST.

Note: When requesting a new QR code, any previous QR codes generated before the new request will be disabled. Please allow up to 15 minutes to pass between requests to receive your QR code in your inbox.
