What happens if I change my mind and want to come back after deactivating my service?

If you’ve recently deactivated your QCALL Mobile service, you have a 30-day window to reconsider your decision. Within this timeframe, you can reinstate your service and retain the same phone number you had before deactivation. To reactivate, you might require a new SIM card or eSIM QR code. For assistance with the reactivation process, please reach out to our Customer Support team. They are available Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 08:00pm EST at (272) 777-1104 .

However, if you decide to return after the 30-day period, please note that your previous phone number would have been reassigned, necessitating the issuance of a new phone number for your reactivated service.
