Can I cancel International Roaming pack for myself? How about a group member?

Yes, as the group owner, you have the authority to cancel International Roaming packs for both yourself and your group members using QCALL Mobile. However, it’s important to note that, at present, group members cannot independently purchase, cancel, or modify International Roaming packs for themselves or other group members.

To cancel an International Roaming pack:

1. Open the QCALL Mobile app and select “Services” to access International Roaming.

2. Choose “Manage Roaming Services.”

3. Within the “Purchase History” section, select the trip you want to cancel.

4. Click on “Cancel.”

5. Confirm the cancellation.
