Yes, you have to set up your voicemail when joining QCALL Mobile.

To set up your voicemail on QCALL Mobile after completing your activation, follow these steps:

1. Press and hold the “1” key or dial “123” on your device’s dial pad to call and connect to your voicemail.
2. During the initial setup, you may be prompted to enter a password. The default password is the last four digits of your mobile number.
3. After using the default password, create a new one. Your password can consist of any 4- to 7-digit code. Make sure it’s something easy for you to remember but difficult for others to guess.
4. When instructed, record your greeting and name. Your voicemail is now set up and ready to use.
