Does QCALL Mobile offer International Roaming?

Absolutely! QCALL Mobile provides International Roaming services in more than 135 countries!

To initiate International Roaming, simply access the Services section within the QCALL Mobile app and choose “International Roaming.” Select the specific line for which you want to purchase a roaming package and input your travel information, including travel destinations and departure date.

You’ll be presented with daily and weekly pack options based on your specified travel destinations. The package choices will reflect the applicable International Roaming rates for data, SMS, and voice services.

On the day of your journey, your International Roaming pack will be automatically activated, giving you access to data, SMS, and voice services.

The cost of International Roaming packs will vary depending on your chosen destination.

Service activation and deactivation:

The service will be automatically activated on the day you select to begin your plan. We recommend keeping your phone in airplane mode during your flight and while traveling between countries to avoid unnecessary connectivity charges.

It’s important to note that the service will also be automatically deactivated based on the pack you purchase. If you acquire a daily pack, it will remain valid for one day. If you opt for a weekly pack, it will be valid for 7 days. In both cases, the service will be automatically deactivated on the last day of the pack’s validity at 11:59 PM (EST).

Primary and secondary users:

Only the group owner (or the primary line) is authorized to purchase International Roaming packs for themselves and other members in their group. If you’re a group member, you will need to get in touch with your group owner to purchase packages and manage your international roaming services.
