How do I activate my service on QCALL Mobile?

To activate your QCALL Mobile SIM follow these simple steps and get your mobile service up and running in no time:

1. Get comfortable. Move to a spot with reliable Wi-Fi and set aside about 15 minutes for the process.

2. Download the QCALL Mobile app and sign in. Use the same account you created during the initial sign-up.

3. Click “Activate Now” and verify your unlocked device. Before activation, it’s crucial to ensure that your phone is unlocked and compatible with the QCALL Mobile network. You can check device compatibility here.

4. Confirm your device details. Double-check that your IMEI is accurately entered and click “Next.”

5. Scan the SIM barcode. Locate your SIM kit, take out the SIM and scan the barcode on the back.

– If you’re transferring your number to QCALL (porting), make sure to provide your current carrier’s account details. This includes your account number, the PIN/password you created during the initial signup and your billing ZIP code. Then, click “Next.”

– Opting for a fresh number? Scroll down to the bottom and click “Next!”

6. Review your information. If everything looks correct, click “Activate.”

7. A short wait. The activation process can take anywhere from five minutes to two hours, depending on whether you’re transferring your number or starting with a new one.

Once your activation on QCALL Mobile is complete, we’ll inform you through a push notification in your app and an email. Now all you need to do is to insert your SIM!
