How does autopay work? Is it mandatory?

Automatic payments are a requirement for maintaining your QCALL Mobile service. Each month, we will charge your credit card for the upcoming month’s service. This ensures a seamless and uninterrupted mobile experience.

You can rely on us to charge your credit card on the same day of each month. No surprises, just a smooth payment process.

In the rare instance that an autopay payment is declined, we’ve got your back. You will receive a prompt notification through email, SMS and in-app push notifications. This way, you’re always in the loop to avoid service disruptions.

If you receive a payment decline notification, you have a one-day window to take action. Simply log into your QCALL Mobile account, update your payment method if necessary, and renew your service. We make it easy to get back on track and stay connected.
