How long does it take to activate an eSIM?

An eSIM for QCALL Mobile typically takes up to 2 hours to become active. To ensure you receive notifications when your QR code is sent to your email address, please stay connected to Wi-Fi. During this activation period, your existing eSIM and/or your physical SIM card will continue to work without interruption.

If you’re already a customer with QCALL Mobile and have a physical SIM card, your physical SIM card will remain functional until you’ve successfully installed the eSIM profile.

Please note that it’s crucial to promptly scan the QR code and set up the eSIM on your device as soon as you receive the activation confirmation.
